Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) Penjualan Berbasis VBA Di Klinik Inggit Garnasih

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a Sales Report Accounting Information System (AIS) utilizing Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) at Klinik Inggit Garnasih to address inefficiencies and error-prone practices in the existing manual recording process. The proposed system integrates core functionalities, including automated sales recording, revenue calculation, and structured financial reporting, supported by features such as patient data entry, transaction management, payment processing, and report generation. The system development process followed four main stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing. Testing results indicate that all features operate as intended without technical failures, enabling faster data processing, reducing human errors, and improving operational efficiency. The implementation of this VBA-based AIS demonstrates its capability to enhance the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of sales reports, thereby providing reliable information to support data-driven managerial decision-making.
